1Introduction & Agreement

By accessing the may999 platform (https://may999.vip), registering an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the platform and you. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using the platform. may999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and any amendments will be published on this page. If you continue using the platform after an amendment is published, you are considered to have accepted the updated Terms.

2Age & Eligibility

To use the may999 platform, you must meet the following requirements—

• You must be playing of your own free will and your own decision.
• You are responsible for checking and understanding the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction before using the platform.
• Only one account per person is allowed. If additional accounts are detected, all related accounts will be suspended and balances will be subject to further review.
• Opening accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse, money laundering, or any related scheme is strictly prohibited.

3Account Opening and Management

3.1 Registration

When opening an account, you must provide your correct name, date of birth, and contact details. may999 may ask you to correct or may close any account found to contain incorrect or non-existent information.

3.2 Account Security

Do not share your login credentials (username / password) with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify [email protected] immediately.

3.3 KYC Verification

When making a withdrawal or when requested by may999, you must submit a copy of your National Registration Card, ID card, or passport. Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC is complete.

3.4 Account Closure

If a breach of these Terms is found, may999 has the right to close the account immediately without prior notice and to carry out procedures to review the remaining balance.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

You can deposit on this platform via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: 3,000 Ks (for any method)
• Minimum withdrawal amount: 10,000 Ks
• Withdrawal processing time: within 1 hour (under normal conditions)

4.2 Deposit Limits

The maximum deposit amount is set according to your account level and KYC status. Deposits and withdrawals may be temporarily restricted due to verification requirements.

4.3 Withdrawal Process

For withdrawals, we prioritize returning funds via the same method used for the original deposit. Please note that the bonus wagering requirement must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn (see Section 5).

5Bonus and Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at may999, you can receive a 100% welcome bonus — up to 500,000 Ks.

• Wagering requirement: bonus amount × 15x (you must wager the bonus amount 15 times before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn)
• Example 1: Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus → balance 40,000 Ks → wagering requirement: 20,000 Ks × 15 = 300,000 Ks
• Example 2: Deposit 1,020,000 Ks → receive 500,000 Ks bonus (maximum cap) → balance 1,520,000 Ks → wagering requirement: 500,000 Ks × 15 = 7,500,000 Ks

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a set validity period. Once expired, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash — only winnings generated after the wagering requirement is met may be withdrawn.
• Promotions cannot be combined at the same time — each applies separately as specified.
• may999 reserves the right to adjust, modify, or cancel any bonus. Changes will be announced on the platform in advance.

6Gaming Policies

6.1 Fair Play

All games offered at may999 use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) and fair-play technology. Each game result is independent and random, and cannot be predicted in advance.

6.2 Prohibited Practices

• Playing using bots, software automation, scripts, or any automated tools
• Any attempt to predict game outcomes in advance (collusion, arbitrage)
• Bonus farming and play strategies motivated solely by bonus hunting
• Attempting chargebacks

6.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

7VIP Levels & Cashback Terms

The may999 VIP program has 4 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each level is eligible for weekly cashback —

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

VIP level progression depends on your play history and activity on the platform. Cashback is awarded in the form of a bonus and may be subject to wagering requirements. may999 reserves the right to adjust VIP levels.

8Copyright & Intellectual Property

The design, software, code, graphics, content, and trademarks of the may999 platform may not be copied, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the consent of the respective rights holders. Any violations found will be pursued through legal action.

9Limitation of Liability

may999 is not responsible for any losses or damages arising from the following situations —
